The Konica Minolta bizhub 308e monochrome laser multifunction copier is targeted to "growing businesses" and can copy/print at 30 pages-per-minute (ppm). The 30 ppm Konica Minolta bizhub 308e replaces the Konica Minolta bizhub 308, boasting a faster first copy time and higher-capacity cartridges. Employees can use the customizable touchscreen to program jobs; an optional keyboard is also available for easy data entry. Also contributing to ease of use is the "My Tab" feature, which allows users to display frequently used print settings on a single touchscreen tab. In addition to smartphone, tablet, and PC printing, workers can print directly from a USB flash drive. Copy features, include ID card copy (lets users scan both sides of an ID card onto a single sheet), image preview, mixed-size originals and tab copying. The optional copy guard kit prints concealed security watermarks or a date in the background to prevent unauthorized copying. From a scan perspective, workers can scan directly to destinations like email, hard drive, and USB drive. In terms of security, advanced authentication, secure print release, and remote firmware updates help safeguard sensitive business information.
